AGLAC (Translated as Association of Local Guides for the Conservation of Nature) is an organization based in El Cope, Coclé Province, Panama, devoted to environmental education, protection, and awareness. Additionally, we are committed to providing high quality ecological tours and trips through a variety of Coclé's incredible natural areas.
Our experienced guides are Coclé natives, each of whom brings his or her own unique perspective on the culture and nature of the area. Additionally, several of our guides have been involved in educational and scientific projects conducted by such organizations as The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and The Audubon Society.
Whether you come in hopes of catching a glimpse of several of Panama’s rare tropical birds or just taking in the breathtaking scenery that Coclé has to offer, we promise to provide you with an experience that will be truly memorable.
